I’m thrilled to be on this yogic journey as both a student and teacher. I’m so excited that you’ve decided to stop by and learn a little about what I have to offer. I’ve been passionate about yoga for a little over 12 years. I’ve had some wonderful teachers and mentors that have poured ( and continue to pour) so much of their love and their light into me. Why drifting? Rooted, I’m gently carried by the breath, by my love of life and yoga , and by the need to be of service. So drifting lotus is a mobile yoga service. I meet you where you are; office, home, hospital , schools, and in natural environments. As a passionate Yoga Instructor my goal is to help your body and mind connect. I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. I also offer SUP yoga and sound bath therapy. Sound Bath
Surrender to Your Mat
In a Sound Bath, you’re “bathed” in the vibrations of gongs and crystal bowls. During a typical Sound Bath, students lay on their mats in a comfortable position ( Savasana) and just take in the sounds. Benefits include increased relaxation, better sleep, balanced energy levels, and a decrease in stress and anxiety.
